Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Bellefontaine, OH, The Flats are designed to mimic the seven continental regions. Book now and immerse yourself in this experience while exploring our quaint, little town.
Long and Short Term Leases

Our Other Flats
The Euro Flat
A luxurious favorite with quartz counter tops, new cabinets and appliances, a rocking chair and modern lights and fixtures. This studio is the perfect flat to unwind in after a long day of exploring our historic town.
The Sahara Flat
Get a glimpse of the African continent in this well appointed one bedroom flat. Richly decorated with masks and carvings, you'll feel as if you've been transported to another world. It is the perfect rental for long-term stays.
The Caliente Flat
This spicy flat will take you straight to the heart of the South American continent! Brightly decorated in colorful hues with rustic adorable furniture, it rivals any Spanish hacienda.
The ApplePie Flat
This one bedroom flat is true to it‘s name and is therefore deeply rooted in the phrase: “As American as Apple Pie”

The DownUnder Flat
If being in a rustic and rugged space is more your style, then The DownUnder Flat will be the perfect fit for you. *We offer overnight (one night) stays as oppose to the usual two night minimum for this flat.
