The Essentials
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in any time after 3:00 PM — your smart-lock door code arrives by message the day before your stay. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Getting In
Every flat has a keyless smart lock. Enter your personal code on the keypad — no keys to pick up, no front desk needed.
Wifi
Fast wifi is included in every flat. Your network name and password are in your check-in instructions and posted inside the unit.
Parking
Park in the public lot on the corner of W. Chillicothe Ave and S. Canby Ave — any spot in the first row facing The Flats billboard (the big yellow building). It is a 15–30 second walk to your entrance.
Laundry
Guest laundry is available on site — location and access details are included in your check-in instructions.
The Building
The Flats occupy two neighboring entrances — 116 1/2 and 120 1/2 West Chillicothe Ave — in the heart of downtown Bellefontaine, steps from Umbrella Avenue, restaurants, coffee, and shops.

House Rules
No smoking anywhere inside the building.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — neighbors live and work nearby.
Pets are welcome with a $20 per-stay fee — just select the pet option when booking or let us know.
No parties or events. The flats are sized and furnished for registered guests.
